- Merge onto I-95 N / MA-128 N (toward Peabody/Gloucester).
- Remain on MA-128 N at the 95/128 split.

- Take the Centennial Dr. ramp toward Summit St.
- Stay straight to go onto Centennial Dr./Forest St.
- Turn left at stoplight onto Centennial Dr.
