How to Order EAG Services

Evans Analytical Group® (EAG) offers several ways to submit an analytical service request:

1. Telephone

   Call any one of our laboratories or 1-800-366-3867, and we will connect you with one of our scientists. We will discuss your objectives, make some recommendations, provide you with a quotation, and assign an EAG job number. If you are a first-time customer, an existing customer with a new issue or project or you need rapid turnaround service, calling us is the best and fastest way to order services.



2. E-mail

   Send an e-mail to one of our local laboratories or . Make sure to include your phone number and describe your samples in detail, including any layer structures, the location to analyze (for complex samples, include photos or a good description), the information you want to receive and, most importantly, what you hope to learn from the experiment.



3. Fax

   Print out an Analytical Services Request form on our website, fill it out, and fax it to one of our local laboratories.
   

In all cases, we will respond within two (2) hours during local business hours with clarifying questions as needed, recommendations, a quotation and an EAG job number for sample tracking purposes.

Purchase Orders

Receipt of an approved purchase order is necessary before we can deliver your results.

We highly recommend a blanket or open purchase order for continuing work and long-term projects to avoid possible delays. We also accept MasterCard, Visa, and American Express as alternative payment method.

Rapid Turnaround Service

EAG’s standard turnaround time(s) are three to five days from the business day that we receive your sample(s) at one of our labs. We offer faster data delivery than these standard times at surcharged rates.

• Next-in-queue (usually same day) has a 200% surcharge.
• Next day (24 hours) has 100% surcharge.
• Two-day turnaround (48 hours) has a 50% surcharge.

Please note: the clock begins when we receive the samples and complete instructions. 100% and 50% surcharges do not include weekends or holidays.
